Mercosur-EU Treaty
After 26 years of negotiations, the Mercosur-EU trade agreement has been ratified by all Mercosur countries and provisionally approved by the European Union.
The agreement will enter into force on May 1, 2026.
Our Identity
We are a non-profit association formed by a group of entrepreneurs with strong connections in South America and Germany.
DSV Sports
Football connects cultures and creates opportunities without borders. The relationship between South America and Germany has grown thanks to the talent of its players and the exchange of sporting talent. At DSV Sports, we work to facilitate this bridge, supporting footballers in their adaptation and professional development in German football.

Main Object
The development of projects in various areas, through cooperation and joint work between public, private and civil society sectors of Germany and South America, which aim to develop their economies and the well-being of their people in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner, thus contributing to the project of economic, political and social association and integration between the two regions.
Specific objectives
- To mediate between public and private proposals and projects from sectors seeking collaboration from either of the two regions and the respective public and private sectors for their implementation.
The following areas of action are illustrative and may be expanded: energy, especially the renewables sector, infrastructure, health, education, development cooperation, science and technology, culture, tourism, sports and social innovation.
- Coordination and dialogue with embassies, consulates, investment promotion agencies, civil society organizations and other South American representations in Germany and South American representations in Germany.
- Collaboration with existing German and South American chambers of commerce and business associations, and seeking complementarity and active cooperation.
- Coordination with the German Federal Government and its ministries, as well as with state governments and their ministries, agencies and departments, and with South American governments and their respective ministries.
- Linkages with public or private organizations, think tanks, national or international associations in both regions.
- Receiving projects and preparing talks, conferences, bilateral meetings, networking, etc. to promote them and generate the necessary associative framework.
- Advice on various political, economic, social, cultural, etc. issues related to the South American region.
- Organization of trade, cultural, and sports missions to Germany and South America respectively.
- Mapping of German companies with a specific interest in South America by sector and identification of specific interlocutors.
- Studies on free trade agreements, opportunities by sector, regulatory framework, tariff changes, updates, news of interest, economic situation by country.
- Seeking partners and financing to carry out these projects.
